For those of you who live in Southern California, you know that anywhere near the beach has felt like winter.....for the past month. Yes, we can expect June gloom, but 4th of July means sunny BBQ's, bikinis, extra sunscreen, and dips in the ocean. Well, not this go around. Instead (since it was 4th of July Clay INSISTED we go to the beach) I sat with a hoodie on for the hour we were there. Can't complain, the beach is the beach, but really sun....where have you been?
Well....that changed last Saturday. The clouds left the skies and the sun began to fight it's way through. And as Amanda (Kyla's Maid of Honor) put it in her speech, this was just meant to be a joyful day. And it was! Congratulations Kyle and Kyla!! Enjoy a lovely maragarita or two on the beaches of Cancun for us!
